Bathroom Cabinet Before & After

Before:

Cluttered and disorganized. Step 1 was to discard unused items, and those with expired dates.

After:

It doesn't have to be elaborate or expensive. Step 2 is to reorganize what is left. I repurposed bins that she was all ready using. What does the client prefer?

Office Space Before & After

Before:

Office items were stored in some baskets and bins, but still looked scattered and unorganized.

After:

By placing the same bins and baskets on a bookshelf, the area looks more organized and not as spread out.

Pantry Before & After

Before:

This pantry needed a reset. Take out items from 1 shelf at a time so you aren't overwhelmed. Wipe down. Discard or relocate expired and unused items.

After:

Place back into pantry creating zones so like items are together. Place items used less often on top or bottom shelves. It's ok to use bins or baskets that you all ready have. It's not required to decant all food and place into matching containers. Label if that is helpful to you and your family to maintain the organization well. Long baskets are helpful in this space because the shelves are so deep. Pull them out like a drawer so the back of the shelf can be used. Or get a large rounder.

Spice Cabinet Before & After

Before:

Items have been added to this cupboard without looking at what needed to be discarded due to being expired or not used. It has become too full and messy and frustrating to find the right spice.

After:

Purging these items creates a lot more space and things can be put back so everyone in the family can see them and know where to find and return each thing. Makes it so much easier to maintain the space in an orderly way. And it's good to have some extra room. The white baskets are from Dollar Tree. You don't have to spend a lot of money to create zones so that you keep things together.

Baking Cabinet Before & After

Before:

There are zones in place in this cupboard but because it is too full it is difficult to maintain the zones and make them obvious to everyone in the family. So I took everything out, looked for items that were expired or that I was no longer using and got rid of those.

After:

Now you can tell where the zones are- like items with like items. It has more room without the items that needed to be discarded. Everyone can see what is there and knows where to put each item away.
